Founder of Player Management, he started his career in soccer in 1991, at the age of 24.
After 3 years as scout, in 1994 he was hired by Maceratese as Head of Youth Sector.
The following year (1995-1996) he was promoted to Sporting Director of the First Team. In that season, Maceratese won Serie D championship and gained its return to professional football after three years.
As a Sporting Director he had several experiences in Serie C2 championships, where he achieved another promotion with Taranto, in Serie C1 championship with Avellino and in Serie B with Ancona.
In 2002 he was appointed by Giuseppe Marotta, currently serving as CEO of Juventus F.C. and at that time as Director General of Sampdoria, to the office of Head of Youth Sector for that club, which he held until June 30, 2004, when he gave up his career as Sporting Director after 13 years to start working as a FIFA Agent.

Former professional football player, defender. Grown in Lazio’s Youth Sector, where he remained until the great Primavera national title. It was the 2000-2001 season.
Then the career took flight, away from Rome: Catania, Fiorentina, Triestina, Avellino, Ascoli, Perugia, Vicenza. More than 200 games played in Serie A and Serie B.
“When I knew I couldn’t give my best on the pitch, at the age of 31, I began to study. My aim was to become a Players’ Agent and transmit to my players the passion and the determination that had allowed me to realize that dream that is now theirs”.
In April 2013 Michelangelo Minieri became Players’ Agent and began a new chapter of his career.
